14 days, no questions asked

If CutoutXR isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund. Include your order number, or the email address you bought with.

Try it first

The free version has every feature, with cut-outs of up to 20 seconds and a small watermark. You can check it works with your Mac and your headset before you buy.

After 14 days

If CutoutXR stops working for you because of a problem we can't fix, write to us and we'll look at a refund case by case.

How refunds are paid

Our reseller, which processed your payment, returns the money to the card or account you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Once you're refunded, the licence key is no longer yours to use. Please remove it from your Mac: choose Licence… from the CutoutXR menu, then Remove licence from this Mac.
